                           Bordas são colagens sobre papel. São pequenos recortes de imagens de cadeiras ou partes delas encontrados em revistas ou folders de propaganda de lojas.
             O título Bordas remete aos limites do próprio papel, ou seja: antes de colar esses recortes faço uma "busca" pelo local dentro da folha de papel até que sejam colados. A escolha do local onde esta forma recortada irá "descansar" é sempre baseada no limite físico do papel. É uma maneira de exercitar a atenção e a concentração para "ativar" o espaço.
                           Para esta montagem o mesmo raciocínio de arranjar formas recortadas dentro da folha "espalhou-se" pelas paredes, chão, coluna e teto daquele espaço expositivo. Assim todas as obras emolduradas foram dispostas e alinhadas tendo como referência o recorte colado dentro de cada uma delas. Tomei esta referência como um "horizonte" norteador da montagem. Tudo emerge desse "encontro" lado a lado ou um sobre o outro. Assim  todos elementos que compõem a montagem (obras emolduradas, fita adesiva amarela, iluminação do espaço expositivo, coluna, parede, piso e teto) se articulam e "conversam" dentro deste espaço expositivo.

                           Bordas are collages on paper. They are small clippings of images of chairs or parts of them found in magazines or folders advertising stores.
                           The title Bordas refers to the limits of the paper itself, that is: before pasting these clippings, a "search" is made for the site inside the sheet of paper until they are pasted. The choice of the place where this cut shape will "rest" is always based on the physical limit of the paper. It is a way of exercising attention and concentration to "activate" the space.
                           For this assembly, the same reasoning of arranging cut shapes within the sheet "spread" over the walls, floor, column and ceiling of that exhibition space. Thus, all framed works were arranged and aligned with reference to the cutout pasted within each one. I took this reference as a "horizon" guiding the assembly. Everything emerges from this "encounter" side by side or on top of each other. Thus, all elements that make up the assembly (framed works, yellow adhesive tape, lighting of the exhibition space, column, wall, floor and ceiling) are articulated and "talk" within this exhibition space.
